What makes SuppCoffee different?
Supp Coffee is inspired by the clean, intentional design of pharmacy packaging. Each jar is filled with premium, freshly roasted coffee, carefully packed to preserve its quality and freshness. We focus on simplicity and clarity in everything we do, delivering a product that is both purposeful and satisfying.
What are the different coffee products you offer?
We currently offer two products:
1. Whole Beans – Brazil Toucan Cerrado Natural
2.Ground Coffee – Brazil Toucan Cerrado Natural
Both options are available in 150g amber PET jars to ensure the coffee stays fresh and flavorful.
How long does shipping take?
We ship internationally from Germany. Here are the estimated delivery times:
- 3–7 business days
- 7–14 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Can I return my coffee?
Due to the nature of our product (freshly packed specialty coffee), we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll resolve it by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed and processed, we are unable to make changes. If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help you.
